Mango Lassi

The summer may or may not have arrived yet, but mangoes definitely have! While they are still a little early in season to be that perfectly tarty - sweet, that doesn't stop us from starting to binge on them right? And I had another reason to do so. We finally got our food processor and I have been using it almost every day to compensate for all the lost time.

Kicked off the season with some chilled mango lassi on a hot Sunday afternoon. Here it goes!

Ingredients:
2 Mangoes - peeled and chopped
1 cup yogurt/Dahi
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Some water
1 pod of Cardamom - optional

Put all the ingredients into a mixer/food processor till combined. Adjust sugar for taste and water for thickness. You could also add in some ice cubes if you like. Serve chilled.
